Description

Called when the weapon is used by NPCs to tell the NPC how to use this weapon. Controls amount of time the NPC can rest (not shoot) between bursts.

Returns

1 number
Minimum amount of time the NPC can rest (not shoot) between bursts in seconds. Default is 0.3 seconds.
2 number
Maximum amount of time the NPC can rest (not shoot) between bursts in seconds. Default is 0.66 seconds.
