Called to determine how good an NPC is at using a particular weapon.

"ai" base only

Arguments

1 Weapon wep
The weapon being used by the NPC.
2 NPC target
The target the NPC is attacking

Returns

1 number
The number of degrees of inaccuracy in the NPC's attack.
